Caleb’s vision is to train young people by giving them basic computer skills and training to prepare them for the workforce by setting up a media center.

85% of Liberians have never had a job. Providing them with basic computer training will go a long way to helping them in the future.

MINISTRY FOCUS:

Nyanquellah trained as a mental health clinician and has now dedicated her life to helping substance abusers in some of the worst and most violent ghettos in the country. She shows love and care where many have felt lost, forgotten and abandoned. She is helping young people from the age of 22 all the way down to the age of 10 years old to be free from substance abuse.

NEEDS:

• Provision for rice to feed those she ministers to
• Construction of a Rehabilitation Centre
• Provision to help rehabilitants to be trained in life-skills

MINISTRY FOCUS:

Pastor Beinmie pastors a small church that meets in an abandoned school building that is just outside the capital city of Monrovia. He and his wife take in children from the ghetto who have no fathers and whose mothers have died during childbirth. Currently he has 20 children with him (2 of them are his biological children).

NEEDS:

• Provision for food—$300 USD ($400 CAD) per month to feed the whole family
• Provision for yearly school tuition for each child—$125 USD ($160 CAD) / child
